Stop Managing Orders Through Text Messages.
MyOrderCanvas is a simple, affordable order management system for cottage bakers, makers, artists, and other home-based businesses. Create your products, customize your order form, accept customer orders, and keep everything organized…all in one place!
Built by a small business owner, for small business owners.
Running a small business means wearing a lot of hats.
I know because I’ve been there.
I was taking orders through text messages, trying to remember who ordered what, chasing payments, and watching orders get buried in conversations. I looked for a better system, but everything I found seemed too complicated or too expensive for a small home-based business.
So I built something simpler.
Everything You Need to Manage Your Orders
Capture Orders
Customers submit their information, products, dates, and notes in one place.
Manage Every Order
See what’s new, in progress, ready, completed, or cancelled—all from one organized place.
Simplify Payments
Give customers an easy way to pay, so you spend less time chasing payments and more time running your business.
Keep Customers Updated
Communicate order status and pickup information without digging through messages.
One Simple System. Three Pieces.
1. Your Ordering App
Where customers place orders and select payment.
2. Your Order Manager
Where you manage your orders and communicate with your customers.
3. Your Google Sheet
Your orders and customer information are stored here, giving you control of your data, products, and settings.
Less Time Managing the Chaos. More Time Creating.
You started your business because you love what you create…not because you wanted to spend your evenings digging through texts, tracking down payments and updating spreadsheets.
MyOrderCanvas keeps the business side organized so you can spend more time doing what you actually love.
